How Will My Order Arrive?

We ship all orders via Australia Post for reliable, trackable delivery. Once your order is processed and collected, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Click your tracking number to view real-time updates and your estimated delivery date.

Shipping Costs

Our basic shipping charge is $19

Additional postage costs apply for larger pot sizes:

  • 75mm pot (3 inch): + $5 each

  • 100mm pot (4 inch): + $10 each

  • 140mm pot (6 inch): + $25 each

  • 200mm pot (8 inch): + $42 each

Example Calculation

An order includes:

  • 2 × 100mm pots → 2 × $10 = $20

  • 3 × 140mm pots → 3 × $25 = $75

  • 2 × 200mm pots → 2 × $42 = $84

Total shipping cost:
$19 (base rate) + $20 + $75 + $84 = $198

Notes

  • The smaller the pot size, the more economical the postage.

  • Landscapers often order large quantities of 200mm pots. For these orders, we calculate the delivery cost separately and usually deliver them ourselves.

What Does the Shipping Cost Cover?

Our shipping fee is more than just the Australia Post postage charge. It covers the materials, care, and time required to ensure your plants arrive safely and in excellent condition.

Your shipping cost helps cover:

  • Premium cardboard shipping box designed to protect live plants during transit.
  • Protective wrapping materials, including nylon wrapping to secure each pot and prevent movement.
  • High-quality packing tape and packaging supplies to keep every box strong and secure.
  • Professional packing labour. Every order is carefully packed by hand, and some larger or more delicate orders can take up to 3 hours to prepare. We take extra care to ensure each plant remains stable inside the box, helping prevent damage if the parcel is handled roughly or turned upside down during transport.
  • Australia Post shipping and handling fees for delivering your order safely to your address.

  • NSW / ACT: 2–5 business days

  • VIC: 3–6 business days

  • QLD: 3–6 business days

Delivery Information

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or incorrect address details.

  • Orders are packed and shipped as quickly as possible once received.

  • Please allow 4–7 working days for delivery under normal circumstances.

  • During busy periods such as early spring, Easter, or Christmas, delivery may take 10+ days.

  • We do not ship on Fridays before Monday public holidays to reduce transit time, ensuring your plants arrive happy, healthy, and fresh.

  • We always ship orders on Mondays. This helps ensure the plants have a shorter travel time and arrive healthy and fresh.

  • Once your payment is processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number to monitor your order.

Safe Drop and Signature

By default, Australia Post will leave your parcel in a safe location if no one is home. If you prefer to sign for your delivery, add a note at checkout. If you are unavailable, a card will be left, and your parcel can be collected from your local post office.
