OzCosy is an online plant shop based in Australia. We provide indoor and outdoor plants, pots, and plant care products. By using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable Australian laws.
Our registered business name is OZ COSY PTY LTD with ABN 57686761811. We sell as Australian plants online.
We put our heart and soul into growing and delivering the highest quality Australian native and non-native plants. Most of our plants are lovingly grown by us, while a few are carefully sourced from trusted growers. 🌿
2. Orders
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Once you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order due to stock issues, delivery limitations, or incorrect pricing.
- Order Cancellations
- If you choose to cancel your order after payment but before it has been shipped, a $15 administration fee will apply. This helps cover the time and resources spent by our admin and nursery team in preparing your order.
- The remaining balance will be refunded within 10 working days.
- Please note: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- 🌱 Plants are living and naturally variable, so availability and appearance may differ. 🌿 We cannot guarantee stock of specific plants or exact sizes. 🪴 However, we always send the healthiest and best-quality plants available at the time of your order. 💚
- 🪴 If a plant you ordered becomes unavailable, we’ll contact you 🌼 to offer a similar variety as a substitute (if possible) 🌿 or provide a full refund 💰 if no suitable alternative is available.
3. Pricing & Payment
- 📦 Once orders are placed, we’re unable to combine or consolidate them. Each order is processed separately to ensure smooth packing and delivery 🌿🪴.
- 💰 All prices are listed in AUD and include GST.
- 💳 Payment is required at checkout and is processed securely via trusted third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
- 🔒 We do not store your payment details.
- 📦 Orders will only be picked, packed, and prepared for shipping once full payment has been received.
- ✅ Please make sure your order is complete and all information is correct before checking out.
- 🚫 Once your order has been submitted and paid for, we cannot make changes, add items, or apply discounts retroactively.

4. Shipping & Delivery

- 🚚 We deliver to addresses all across Australia using Australia Post and trusted courier partners.

- ⏱️ We pack and ship your order as quickly as possible after it’s received 🌿📦
- 🗓️ Please allow 4–7 working days for packing, and another 4–7 working days for delivery 🚚🌱
- 🌸🎄 During busy seasons like early spring, Easter, or Christmas, delivery may take 10+ days after shipping ⏳📬
- 🚫 We don’t ship on Fridays before Monday public holidays to minimize time your plants spend in transit — keeping them happy, healthy, and fresh 💚🌿
- 📧 As soon as we receive your payment, you’ll get an email with your order tracking number 🔢📦.
- 🚚 We’ll also let you know when your parcel has been shipped, so you can track its journey straight to your door 🏡✨📍.
5. Returns & Refunds
- We take great care in packing your plants, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
- We do not accept returns for change of mind, as plants are living items.
- 🪴 All of our orders are hand-packed with love and care, and we make sure they leave our nursery in the best possible condition.
- 📦 However, things can occasionally go wrong during transit — and unfortunately, that’s out of our control.
- ✅ Please read all product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
- 📏 We do our best to include details like care notes, plant size, and dimensions to help you make the right choice.

- 🌸 If you’ve ordered a plant that’s not yet flowering, and discover it’s the wrong variety after it blooms, don’t worry, just contact us as soon as it flowers (even if that’s weeks or months later). We’re here to help 💐✨
- 🚫 We’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds if, You’ve ordered the wrong plant by mistake, or you’ve changed your mind after purchase ❌🪴

- We provide care information to help you keep your plant healthy but cannot guarantee plant survival after delivery.
